The processing of beef, pork and lamb remains a mainstay of our business. All of our products are USDA inspected and approved. Several local producers raise livestock and rely on Mays Meats to professionally process the meat throughout all stages of the butchering, cutting and packaging.  We also do process goat and buffalo/bison. We do not process live Rabbits, squirrels or chickens at this facility
